Nikol joined Moore Ingram Johnson Steele in 2007 and works out of the firm’s Tennessee office, where she practices primarily General Litigation and Worker’s Compensation Insurance Defense. Prior to joining MIJS, Nikol worked as an associate with a civil litigation firm in Knoxville.

Born July 13, 1973, in Greenville, SC, Nikol was raised primarily in Lexington, KY. She earned her Bachelor of Arts in English, with honors, from Lee University. She received her J.D. from the University of Tennessee in 2005 and was admitted to the Tennessee Bar the same year. Nikol is a member of the Tennessee Bar Association and the Knoxville Bar Association.

Nikol and her husband, Kevin, live in Knoxville with their children, Christopher, Karis, and Kori, and their two dogs, Mulder and Scully.
