Carey joined Moore Ingram Johnson & Steele in 2006 as an associate of the firm's Litigation Department. Her primary area of concentration is employment law.

Born in Royal Oak, Michigan on June 18, 1980, Carey received her B.A. in Criminology from the University of Florida in 2002, and her J.D. from the University of Miami in 2005. Carey was admitted to the Florida Bar in 2005 and the Georgia Bar in 2006. Before joining Moore Ingram Johnson & Steele, Carey practiced employment law with a boutique firm in Miami, Florida.

Carey lives in Buckhead with her husband David, where they enjoy spending time with friends, family and their dog, Alex, and closely following Gator Football and Basketball.
