Ophelia joined Moore Ingram Johnson & Steele in 2003 and is a member of the Firm’s Litigation department. Her areas of concentration include Elder Law, Estate Planning, Probate Litigation, Guardianship, and General Litigation.

Ophelia graduated cum laude from University of Massachusetts at Amherst with a degree in Political Science and Sociology. She graduated from Georgia State University College of Law in May 2001 and has been a member of the State Bar of Georgia since 2001. Before joining the firm, she was the law clerk for Judge Dodd in the Probate Court of Cobb County. She is a member of the Elder Law section of the Cobb Bar Association and is the co-chair of the Elder Law Committee of the Young Lawyers Division of the State Bar.

Ophelia and her husband Brendan live in Marietta.
