Daniel joined Moore Ingram Johnson & Steele in 2009, as an associate in the Knoxville litigation department.


Raised in Kingsport, Tennessee, Daniel attended the University of Tennessee at Knoxville, where he graduated cum laude with a B.S. of Agriculture in 2004. He received his J.D.,
from the University of Dayton School of Law in 2007 where he served as Vice President of the Federalist Society. Daniel served in an intern position for the Honorable Dennis H. Inman, Chief U.S. Magistrate Judge for the Eastern District of Tennessee. He also had the pleasure of working for the Honorable William J. Haynes Jr., United States District Court Judge for the Middle District of Tennessee. He was admitted to the Tennessee Bar in 2007 and the U.S. District Court for the Middle District of Tennessee in 2008. Daniel is a member of the Tennessee Bar Association and the Knoxville Bar Association.

Daniel lives in Knoxville with his wife, Jane.  They enjoy traveling and spending time with family, friends, and their dog, Jill.
