Phillip joined Moore Ingram Johnson & Steele in November 2006 and works out of the firm’s Knoxville, Tennessee office. Phil’s area of practice is focused on Worker’s Compensation Defense and litigation.

Born in Albany, Georgia on October 6, 1971, Phil was admitted to the Tennessee Bar in 1999 after receiving his J.D. from the Cecil C. Humphreys School of Law at the University of Memphis and his B.S. in Political Science from Middle Tennessee State University.

Phil resides in Knoxville and enjoys deep sea fishing, playing with his two dogs and attending renaissance festivals.
