Chris
joined Moore Ingram Johnson &
Steele in 2004, after two years of
previous practice, as a member of
the firm's Litigation Department.
He specializes in Liability Defense,
Class Action Defense, Business Litigation,
and various other forms of General
Civil Litigation, including areas
such as wrongful death, products liability,
construction defect, and premises
liability, as well as Appellate Practice.
Chris is a member in good standing
of the Georgia and Florida Bar Associations.
Chris
was born in Brunswick, Georgia on
April 26, 1977. He received his B.B.A.,
cum laude, in Business Management
from Georgia Southern University in
1999 and his J.D., cum laude, from
the University of Alabama School of
Law in 2002. While at Alabama, Chris
served as Senior Editor and Treasurer
on the Alabama Law Review and received
two awards as Best Oral Advocate in
competition with the Environmental
Moot Court Team. He was also elected
to the Bench and Bar Legal Honor Society
and sat as an Associate Justice on
the Honor Court. Chris is currently
assisting John H. Moore, the firm’s
founding partner, in grading Georgia
Bar Examinations during Mr. Moore’s
tenure on the Board of Bar Examiners.
Chris is also active in the Atlanta
chapter of the University of Alabama
Alumni Association.
Chris
and his wife, Betsy, live in Mableton
with their dogs, Cauchy and Cayley.
In their spare time, they enjoy golf,
tennis, cooking, traveling, and cheering
on the Alabama Crimson Tide.
