Damon joined Moore Ingram Johnson & Steele in 2006, as a member of the firm’s Litigation Department. His practice areas include Construction Litigation and Commercial Litigation.

Prior to attending college, Damon served five years on active duty with the United States Marine Corps. He received his B.B.A. in Accounting from the University of Tennessee and his J.D. from the University of Tennessee College of Law. While in law school, Damon was a Student Materials Editor for the Tennessee Law Review and Managing Editor of Transactions: The Tennessee Journal of Business Law. He was also active in the Legal Advocacy Clinic at UT, providing free legal assistance to the underprivileged. Damon was admitted to the Georgia State Bar in 2006, and is a member of the Georgia Bar Association and the American Bar Association.

Damon was born in Key West, Florida on December 14, 1975. He lives in Buckhead and enjoys playing golf, running, studying Russian history and watching University of Tennessee football and basketball, as well as Atlanta Thrashers Hockey.
