Troy Hart joined Moore Ingram Johnson & Steele in 1997 and is a partner in the firm's Litigation Department. He is licensed in both Georgia and Tennessee and is located in our Knoxville Tennessee office. His field of concentration is in Civil Litigation and Workers' Compensation Defense, and also works in the areas of Professional Malpractice, Nursing Home Defense, Insurance Defense, Torts, Subrogation, Real Estate litigation, Commercial Real Estate transactions, and contracts.

Born in Evansville, Indiana, September 16, 1967, Troy was admitted to the Georgia Bar in 1997 and to the Tennessee Bar in 2003 after receiving his J.D. from Thomas Cooley Law School. He is also admitted to the Georgia Supreme Court, the Georgia Court of Appeals, the U.S. District Court, the Northern District of Georgia, and the Supreme Court of Tennessee. He received his B.S. (1990), and his M.S. (1993) in Criminal Justice from Auburn University. Troy is a member of the State Bar of Georgia, the State Bar of Tennessee, and the Cobb Bar Association.

Troy and his wife reside in Knoxville with their two children. They enjoy the outdoors and being involved in community activities, including coaching little league baseball, soccer, hockey, and karate.
