Preston joined Moore Ingram Johnson & Steele in 2007 as a member of the firm's litigation department. His practice is primarily in the area of Workers' Compensation Defense.

Born on October 4, 1979, Preston was raised in Marietta, Georgia. He received his undergraduate degrees from the University of Georgia, where he double majored in Journalism and Political Science. Preston was awarded his J.D. from Mercer University in 2007, and was admitted to the State Bar of Georgia the same year.

Preston lives in Marietta with his wife Jay Jay. They enjoy watching University of Georgia football, traveling, and spending time with their dogs Walker and Phoebe.
