Robert D. Ingram has extensive trial and appellate experience in a broad range of commercial and insurance defense litigation matters in State and Federal Courts.  He has tried numerous civil actions to jury verdict and has successfully defended many Workers’ Compensation cases.  Robert has also defended a wide array of class actions representing insurance companies, construction companies and product manufacturers.  Robert received his undergraduate degree from Kennesaw College with honors and his law degree from Emory University School of Law.  He is a member of the Bar in both Georgia and Tennessee.

Robert and his wife, Kelly, have been married 27 years and have two children. Their son, Ryan is a student at Mercer University School of Law, and their daughter, Morgan, is a student at the University of Georgia. The Ingram's are active in a number of civic and community organizations and are members of NorthStar Church in Acworth.
