Marc Sirotkin joined Moore Ingram Johnson & Steele in 2007, as a member of the firm's Litigation department. His practice focuses in the area of Workers' Compensation Defense.
Born in Atlanta, Georgia on June 25, 1976, Marc was raised in Atlanta and received his undergraduate degree in History and Political Science from Wake Forest University in 1998. He received a Master of Historic Preservation (MHP) degree from the School of Environmental Design from the University of Georgia in 2001. In 2006, he received his JD degree from Georgia State University. While in law school, Marc was a member of the Jessup Moot Court team, a summer law clerk for Linda T. Walker, Magistrate Judge, in the United States District Court for the Northern District of Georgia, and a legal intern with the United States Trustee’s Office, a component of the United States Department of Justice responsible for overseeing the administration of bankruptcy cases and private trustees. Marc was admitted to the State Bar of Georgia in 2006 and is admitted to practice before all Georgia trial and appellate courts and the United States District Court for the Northern District of Georgia. Marc is also a member of the Cobb County Bar Association and the American Bar Association. Before joining Moore Ingram Johnson & Steele LLP, Marc worked for a domestic litigation firm in Sandy Springs, Georgia.
Marc lives in Buckhead with his five-year old son, William. In his spare time he enjoys Wake Forest football and basketball games, Atlanta Thrasher’s hockey, and playing soccer with his son.
