Cole
joined Moore Ingram Johnson &
Steele in 2006 and works out of the
firm's Tennessee office, where he
practices primarily General Litigation
and Workers' Compensation Insurance
Defense. Prior to joining MIJS, Cole
practiced law in Las Cruces, New Mexico,
concentrating primarily in Civil Litigation,
Insurance Defense, Civil Rights Defense,
and Business Transactions.
Cole
was born and raised in Greenback,
Tennessee. He received his B.A. in
History and Business in 2000 from
Coe College in Cedar Rapids, Iowa,
and his J.D. from the University of
Tennessee in 2004. He was admitted
to the New Mexico bar in 2004 and
to the Tennessee Bar in 2006. He is
also admitted to the United States
District Court for the District of
New Mexico and has applied for membership
to the U.S. District Court for the
Eastern District of Tennessee.
Cole
and his wife, Sunidee, live in Greenback,
Tennessee, where they enjoy UT and
University of Iowa sports, Gonzaga
basketball, and learning to wakeboard.
Cole also hunts and fishes on Tellico
Lake when he can.
