Tracy joined Moore Ingram Johnson & Steele in 2004 and serves as an Associate in the firm’s Corporate, Tax and Estate Planning Department. Tracy specializes in the area of Corporate Transactions including entity formations, merger & acquisitions, and secured lending.

Born in Augusta, Georgia April 26, 1978, Tracy was admitted to the State Bar of Georgia in 2004 after receiving his undergraduate degree in Finance from the University of Georgia in 2000 and his J.D. and MBA degrees from Georgia State University in 2003. Tracy is a member of the Corporate & Banking section of the State Bar of Georgia.

Tracy, his wife Annie, their daughter Merritt and son James attend Peachtree Presbyterian Church and are active in their community. They are avid supporters of University of Georgia athletics and enjoy running and playing tennis in their spare time.
