Anna Diaz-Caballero joined Moore Ingram Johnson & Steele, LLP in 2019 and is an Associate Attorney in the firm’s Litigation and Employment Departments. Her primary areas of practice are in employment law, HR consulting, and insurance defense. Anna is admitted to practice in Georgia’s State and Superior Courts, the Court of Appeals of Georgia, the Supreme Court of Georgia, and the United States District Court, Northern District of Georgia.
Born in Atlanta, Georgia, Anna was admitted to the Georgia Bar in 2017 after receiving her Juris Doctor degree from Walter F. George School of Law at Mercer University. Anna is also a graduate from the University of Georgia in 2012 with a B.A. in Criminal Justice. She completed a summer internship for Dekalb County Superior Court Judge, the Honorable Courtney L. Johnson, and a summer internship as a Legal Intern with the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission, Atlanta District Office. She also completed an externship with the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services, Office of the General Counsel, in their Atlanta, GA office.
During her time in law school, Anna was on Law Review, she obtained a Certificate in Advanced Legal Research, Writing, and Drafting, and she competed in the ABA National Criminal Justice Trial Advocacy Team Competition. She is a member of the Cobb County Bar Association.
Prior to joining Moore Ingram Johnson & Steele, LLP, Anna worked as an Attorney for Carroll & Weiss, LLP, working in civil litigation, and she worked as an Attorney for Legility, specializing in eDiscovery.
Anna and her husband, Tony, live in Sandy Springs where they enjoy community events, attending Atlanta United soccer games, watching college football, cooking, and spending time with their friends, family, and fur children.
