Alex joined Moore Ingram Johnson & Steele in July 2019 as a member of the litigation department. He attended the University of Georgia and graduated in December 2011 with a Bachelor of Arts in English. Thereafter, Alex attended law school at Marquette University and received his J.D. in May 2016.
While at Marquette, Alex was a member of the Intellectual Property Law Review, Real Estate Law Society, and Moot Court committee. His law review comment was chosen for publication and won the 2015-2016 Wisconsin State Bar Annual Writing Competition. Alex also received a “Best Brief” award at the National Appellate Advocacy Competition in spring 2016.
Wisconsin is a diploma privilege state, so Alex was able to begin practicing law immediately upon graduating from Marquette. He remained in Milwaukee and practiced for two years before returning to Georgia to continue his legal career. Alex was admitted to practice law in Georgia in 2019. In his free time, Alex enjoys UGA football, exercising, and spending time with family, friends, and his dog, Griffey.
