Born in Fort Myers, Florida, Kelly graduated from Florida State University in 1987 with a Bachelor of Science in Finance and Real Estate. She then attended Nova University Law School where she earned her Juris Doctor degree in 1989. She is licensed to practice law in Florida and California.
Kelly joined Moore Ingram Johnson & Steele in 2019 as a member of the firm’s Workers’ Compensation Department. Prior to joining MIJS, Kelly worked at the Office of the State Attorney in Fort Lauderdale, Florida before moving to Laguna Beach, California. While in California, she worked for a large California based insurance defense law firm, specializing in general liability. Upon her return to Florida, she was a partner with a large defense firm in Orlando for over 13 years, specializing in workers’ compensation. Kelly has also owned her own transcription company for over 20 years.
Kelly lives in Orlando with her husband, Tom, and her twins, Morgan and Jake. She enjoys playing tennis, going to the beach and volunteering as a board member of the West Orange Junior Service League.
