Kyle graduated from Samford University’s Cumberland School of Law in May 2020. Kyle was a member of the Cumberland Law Review and served on the Executive Board as a Writing Editor.
While in law school, Kyle also served as Caruthers Fellow, or professor’s assistant, which aided first year law students in legal writing and research. In his second and third years at Samford, Kyle attended the Brock School of Business and received his Master of Business Administration as a joint JD/MBA student. During his summer semesters, Kyle took classes and worked as a corporate legal intern at the headquarters for a global metal servicing company in Birmingham, Alabama.
Before attending law school, Kyle completed his undergraduate course work at the Georgia Institute of Technology and received a B.S. in Business Administration. A member of Phi Delta Theta, Kyle was elected to the position of Scholarship Chair during his active status tenure with the fraternity.
In his spare time, Kyle enjoys watching college sports, going to the movies, traveling, and spending time with his friends, family, and Weimaraner, Marlow.
