Lindsay Fleming joined Moore Ingram Johnson & Steele, LLP in 2017, as an associate in the firm’s Litigation Department. She practices primarily in the areas of civil litigation and insurance/liability defense.
Born in Marietta, Georgia, Lindsay received her B.S. in History, Technology, and Society from Georgia Tech in 2010. She obtained her J.D. from the Georgia State University College of Law, where she graduated summa cum laude in 2014 and was inducted into the Order of the Coif. While in law school, Lindsay served on the Editorial Board of the Georgia State University Law Review, worked as a law clerk for the Honorable Christopher J. McFadden of the Georgia Court of Appeals, and represented individuals in bankruptcy under Georgia’s Third Year Practice Act.
Before joining Moore Ingram Johnson & Steele, Lindsay spent three years working as a Staff Attorney for the United States Court of Appeals for the Eleventh Circuit.
Lindsay lives in Dallas, Georgia, with her husband, Eric. In her spare time, she enjoys traveling, volunteering, and spending time with family and friends.
