Born in Virginia but raised in rural Western Kentucky, Logan is a graduate from the University of Kentucky where he earned his Bachelor of Science in Biology. Following these studies, Logan earned his Juris Doctor from Northern Kentucky University while gaining experience in civil litigation and criminal law. Logan entered public service upon graduating from law school by joining the Department of Defense as a civilian member of the United States Air Force tasked with negotiating defense contracts for American and allied forces at worldwide installations. In 2017, Logan joined the United States Secret Service as a Special Agent. In this role, Logan served in both the protective capacity the agency is known for and as a criminal investigator focused on financial crimes investigations and credible threats against public officials.
Logan, his wife Brittany, and their two children, Maddox and Maggie, are delighted to be back in Kentucky. Outside of work, Logan enjoys woodworking, volunteering, and spending time with family and friends. The Forsythe family has one dog, Rocky. Rocky is a Goldendoodle who is a trained therapy dog and spends much of his free time with Brittany at local schools and hospitals caring for others and helping them through their tough times.
