Taylor was born in Atlanta, Georgia and is an Atlanta native. Taylor received bachelor’s degrees in Politics and International Affairs and Theatre from Wake Forest University, and his Juris Doctor degree from Tulane University Law School.
While in undergrad, Taylor was a member of Wake Forest’s Mock Trial Team, Pi Sigma Alpha (National Political Science Honor Society), and a constitutional law research assistant to Dr. Katy Harriger in the Politics and International Affairs Department. While in law school, Taylor was a member of Tulane Law’s Moot Court Board and Alternative Dispute Resolution Moot Court Team. He competed in several ABA moot court competitions, placing second, and then first in consecutive years at the ABA Mediation Southern Regional Competition with his partner.
Prior to joining Moore Ingram Johnson & Steele, Taylor clerked for the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission’s New Orleans field office, Cox Automotive, and at Bentley, Bentley & Bentley off of the Marietta Square. Taylor participated in the Moore Ingram Johnson & Steele Summer Associate Program in 2015. Taylor was admitted to practice law in Georgia in 2016.
In his spare time, Taylor enjoys traveling, playing tennis, reading, and watching University of Georgia, Wake Forest, and Tulane athletic events. He is also an avid Atlanta pro-sports fan.
