Lily-Ana Fairweather joined Moore Ingram Johnson & Steele, LLP in January 2026 as an Associate in Workers’ Compensation and Insurance Defense. Prior to joining Moore Ingram Johnson & Steele, Lily-Ana worked for the Tennessee Attorney General’s Office where she handled torts and workers’ compensation cases. She also has experience in constitutional and appellate advocacy, successfully arguing before the Tennessee Court of Appeals.

Raised as a military kid, Lily-Ana jokes that she is from a little bit of “everywhere,” but she is happy to call Tennessee home. Lily-Ana completed her undergraduate studies at Virginia Tech, where she studied Physics and Political Science and minored in Spanish. Thereafter, Lily-Ana earned her Juris Doctor at the University of Tennessee College of Law.

Outside of work, Lily-Ana spends her free time running, salsa dancing, and volunteering in the South Nashville area.
