Hayden joined the firm’s Lexington, Kentucky office in November 2025 where she practices primarily in workers’ compensation defense. Prior to joining Moore, Ingram, Johnon, & Steele, Hayden worked at a private family law firm based in Louisville, Kentucky.

Hayden attended Western Kentucky University, where she studied economics and finance and was a member of Alpha Gamma Delta. She received her Juris Doctor from the University of Louisville Brandeis School of Law and was involved in the Women’s Law Caucus and Lambda Law Caucus. Hayden was admitted to practice law in the Commonwealth of Kentucky in October 2022.

Hayden lives in Lexington, Kentucky, and enjoys reading, caring for her houseplants, and spending time with her cat Dolly.
