Allison first joined MIJS from 2002 to 2005 and has returned 20 years later in December 2025. Allison has specialized in workers’ compensation insurers defense, representing insurance companies, third party administrators and self-insured employers throughout Georgia for over two decades handling matters from inception through appeal. Allison received a B.S in Criminal Justice – Pre Law and Psychology from Virginia Commonwealth University in 1998. She graduated cum laude from Mercer University: Walter F. George School of Law in 2002 where she served as a member of Mercer’s Law Review and competed in both the Intrastate and National Moot Court Competitions.

Allison currently lives in Woodstock, GA with her Husband, Son, Stepson and Stepdaughter. Allison spends enjoys spending time with family and friends, and spends most weekends at baseball tournaments watching her son pitch.
