Toni Fleming, Esq. joined Moore Ingram Johnson & Steele in 2026. She works in the Jacksonville, FL office and practices primarily Workers’ Compensation Defense.

Toni received her bachelor’s degree in English Literature from Florida State University. She received her Juris Doctorate from Florida Coastal School of Law. She was admitted to the Florida Bar in 2013. In 2023, Toni earned her Masters in Taxation from Villanova University. She is admitted to practice is all Florida state courts, U.S. Tax Court, and the United States District Court for the Middle District of Florida. Prior to joining MIJS, Toni represented carriers throughout the state of Florida in first party property disputes.

In her free time, Toni enjoys spending time with family and friends, and watching Florida State football.
