Joseph J. Quinones, Esq., “Joe”, joined Moore Ingram Johnson & Steele in 2019 and is currently a member of the firm’s litigation department. His practice is focused primarily in the areas of Worker’s Compensation Employer Defense and Commercial Litigation.
Joe earned his bachelor’s degree from Loyola University Maryland and his law degree from Widener University Commonwealth School of Law. Prior to Joining Moore Ingram, Johnson & Steele, Joe was a partner at a Commercial Litigation and Real Estate focused firm located in Harrisburg, where he represented hundreds of clients ranging from individuals to large scale businesses.
Joe has extensive litigation experience representing employers in various courts and agencies including the Pennsylvania Worker’s Compensation Agency, the Pennsylvania Human Resources Commission, the Court of Common Pleas, as well as Appellate and Federal Courts. Joe is licensed in Pennsylvania, New Jersey, and the United States District Court – Middle District of Pennsylvania.
In 2019 Joe was voted as Harrisburg Magazine’s Reader’s Choice for Best Worker’s Compensation Attorney. When not practicing law, Joe is an avid chess and tennis player. He is also a member of the PA Bar Association, NJ Bar Association, Harrisburg Young Professionals Club, and Dauphin County Bar Association.
