Zane is an Associate Attorney in Moore Ingram Johnson & Steele's Civil and Commercial Litigation department, where he represents businesses and insurers in a broad range of civil litigation matters. A native of Franklin, Georgia, Zane graduated from Heard County High School and earned his B.S. in Political Science with a Pre-Law concentration from the University of West Georgia in 2021. While at UWG, Zane served as the President of Tau Kappa Epsilon, President of the Interfraternity Council, President of the College Republicans, and worked as a Supplemental Instruction Leader for Dr. Dylan McLean's American Government course.

Zane earned his Juris Doctor from Samford University's Cumberland School of Law in Birmingham, Alabama, where he competed nationally for the law school's Alternative Dispute Resolution (ADR) teams. Zane particularly excelled in competition for the National Negotiation Team, finishing as a National Finalist in the 2024 American Bar Association's National Negotiation Competition in Chicago, Illinois. Zane additionally served as the President of the Alternative Dispute Resolution Board, President of the Georgia Student Bar Association, Vice President of the Federalist Society, and Senior Class Secretary.

Following law school, Zane was admitted to the State Bar of Alabama and worked for a boutique litigation firm in Birmingham, Alabama, handling various litigated claims throughout the state of Alabama.

Zane resides in Canton, Georgia, with his wife, Taylor, and two dogs, Benji and Rosie. Outside of work, he enjoys hunting, fishing, golf, and cheering on the Georgia Bulldogs and Atlanta Braves.
