Jonah Owens began working with MIJS in 2024 as a law clerk with the firm’s summer clerkship program. Jonah returned after graduating from Georgia State University College of Law, working in the firm’s Insurance/Liability Defense Department. He received his bachelor’s degree in landscape architecture from the University of Georgia in 2018. After working for Apple for a few years, Jonah began law school in 2022, where he graduated cum laude in 2025. While enrolled at GSU Law, he was a graduate assistant for professors at the J. Mack Robinson College of Business, student board member of the Atlanta Bar Association Cybersecurity Section, member of the Federalist Society, and member of the Christian Legal Society.

In his free time, Jonah enjoys spending time with his family, designing landscapes and homes, and playing the banjo.
