Bryan Percy is an Associate Attorney in the Orlando office of Moore Ingram Johnson & Steele, LLP. His practice focuses on civil litigation, insurance defense, and construction-related disputes. Bryan represents contractors, subcontractors, and other clients in matters involving construction defect claims and related litigation.

Bryan has experience handling complex litigation matters from initial case evaluation through resolution. His practice includes legal research and motion practice, discovery and case management, depositions, mediations, arbitrations, settlement negotiations, and appearances in state court. He regularly analyzes contracts, purchase orders, pleadings, project records, and other documents to evaluate liability and develop effective litigation strategies.

Bryan also has experience in transactional and entertainment legal matters. During his time with Universal Creative, he worked with the legal team on master agreements, including drafting amendments, reviewing exclusivity provisions, analyzing proposed contractual revisions, and evaluating potential risks to the client.

Bryan earned his Juris Doctor from the University of Miami School of Law in 2022. While in law school, he was active in both the Christian Legal Society and the Entertainment and Sports Law Society. He also received the Dean’s Merit Scholarship, Dean’s Certificate of Achievement Award, and Dean’s List honors. Bryan earned his Bachelor of Science in Criminal Justice, with a minor in League Studies, from the University of Central Florida in 2018.

Bryan is admitted to practice in the State of Florida and is fluent in Spanish. Outside of his legal practice, Bryan enjoys spending time with his beautiful wife, their son, and their two dogs. He also enjoys watching baseball and cheering on the New York Yankees, as well as all other sports. Bryan enjoys exercising, playing video games, and reading. An Orlando resident, Bryan, enjoys visiting Orlando's theme parks and restaurants with his family.
