Kristen Roberts is an Associate Attorney in the Orlando Office, where she focuses her practice on general liability and construction defect defense. She earned her bachelor’s degree from Florida State University and her Juris Doctor from Barry University School of Law.

Prior to joining MIJS, Kristen began her legal career in insurance defense handling personal injury protection, SIU/Fraud, and automobile bodily injury matters. Her experience has shaped her into a creative problem solver who approaches legal issues from multiple perspectives to develop strategies aligned with her client’s interests.

In her spare time, Kristen enjoys traveling and playing fetch with her dog.
