Vienna is a Pennsylvania-licensed attorney and is also admitted to practice before the United States Supreme Court. She currently focuses primarily on workers’ compensation and litigation, bringing more than nine years of prior hands-on experience in criminal law, immigration, employment law, family law, contract negotiation, and government matters. She is committed to straightforward, client-focused legal representation across the Commonwealth.
She previously served as counsel for the Pennsylvania State Police and the Pennsylvania Fish and Boat Commission and worked as a Deputy District Attorney in Dauphin County and an Assistant Public Defender in Lebanon County. Her career began at Franklin County Legal Services, where she handled custody, divorce, housing, and immigration cases.
Vienna earned her J.D. from the Pennsylvania State University Dickinson School of Law in 2016 and her B.A. from UCLA in 2012. She also attended the University of London, Kings College, where she participated in the university’s War Studies program.
Outside the office, she loves world travel, history, fencing, and spending time with her dogs, Eleanor Rigby and Ophelia. She’s also a lifelong fan of the Beatles and the Philadelphia Eagles.
