Sydney M. Whitice joined Moore Ingram Johnson & Steele in November of 2025. Her current areas of practice include Workers’ Compensation and Insurance Defense.

Born and raised in East Tennessee, Sydney received her B.S. in Education from the University of Tennessee in 2021. She received her Master of Public Administration and Doctor of Jurisprudence from Lincoln Memorial University Duncan School of Law in 2024.

During law school, Sydney was a member of the LMU Mock Trial Program and was the Justice of the Watson Jr. Chapter of Phi Alpha Delta Law Fraternity. As a student, she also worked for several law firms and corporations, was a research assistant, and interned with the U.S. District and Bankruptcy Courts of East Tennessee.

Outside of the office, you can find Sydney traveling to Walt Disney World, cheering on the Vols, and spending time with her family, friends, and two cats.
