Celebrating 40 Years  of Legal Excellence

MARIETTA — Nearly 30 years after his father was sworn in as president of the Cobb Bar Association, Marietta attorney Ryan Ingram is taking up the same mantle.

Ingram, a partner with the Marietta firm Moore, Ingram, Johnson, and Steele, took the oath as the association’s newest president Thursday during its monthly luncheon and will serve in the role for the next year.

A fifth-generation Marietta resident, Ingram, 42, is the son of one of his firm’s founding partners, longtime local attorney Robert Ingram, who served as the Cobb Bar’s president from 1998 to 1999.

“He’s incredibly smart, incredibly hard working, and I’ve witnessed his no-nonsense style of leadership while also being kind, compassionate, and diplomatic,” outgoing president Amanda Riedling said of Ryan Ingram. “I know he has some great ideas and things he wants to accomplish this year, and I’m excited to see it all happen.”
